• Teen Quest—an active learning experience for teens, led by The Questians performance consultants Kent Nuttall and Leila Ramsey, and DH dads Ron Cluff, and Lorell Hathcock;  held on 4^th Saturdays throughout this school year.
• Teen Council—providing leadership opportunities and training for dedicated teens, to plan activities related to Teen Quest, Teen Camp, Teen Temple Experience and other activities.
• Parent Support Meetings-an inspiring monthly event to recharge the teacher; held on the 1^st Thursday of each month.
• Parent Planning Meetings—an open meeting for all parents who want to be involved in planning and a great way to get to know other DH parents.
• Field Trips—Houston Symphony concerts, children’s plays, and museum trips, etc.
• Classes and Special Groups—connections to Jason Project science class, children’s choir, spelling bee, Shakespeare play and other individually sponsored classes.
